Under the auspices of the Fako Divisional Delegate of Labour and in the presence of General Manager Yann Anoko, the staff representatives for the 2026–2028 term were commissioned this February 1st.

On Sunday, February 1st, 2026, the prestigious Dauphin Hall hosted a solemn ceremony: the official installation of staff representatives for Seme Beach Hotel & Spa. This crucial milestone marks the beginning of a two-year mandate (2026–2028) dedicated to strengthening social cohesion within this leading hospitality institution.

Management and Authorities: A United Front

The ceremony was graced by the presence of the General Manager of Seme Beach Hotel & Spa, Mr. Yann Anoko. His participation underscores management's commitment to fostering a transparent and collaborative working environment.

The installation was conducted by the Fako Divisional Delegate of Labour and Social Security, accompanied by the Labour Inspector, Mrs. Koum Endalle. In his address, the Delegate reminded the newly elected officials of their essential missions:

 * Ensuring the strict application of the Labour Code.

 * Actively participating in the continuous improvement of working conditions.

Following a formal reading of names and a solemn oath-taking, the following representatives were officially invested:
